Role OverviewThe Receptionist – Corporate Office will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients,and stakeholders at Samruddhi World Office. The role requires a highly organized andprofessional individual with prior corporate front-desk experience.The candidate will manage executive schedules, handle communication, maintain records,and provide administrative support across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Client CoordinationGreet and assist visitors, clients, and business associates in a professional manner.Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and record importantcommunication.Maintain visitor logs and front-desk registers.Executive CoordinationSchedule and manage appointments for the Managing Director and senior executives.Coordinate internal and external meetings.Maintain calendar discipline and send meeting reminders.Lead & Follow-Up ManagementTrack and maintain lead generation sheets.Conduct follow-up calls as instructed by management.Maintain records of client interactions and status updates.Documentation & Record ManagementMaintain corporate office records in structured formats.Manage filing systems (digital and physical).Ensure confidential handling of company information.Administrative & Communication SupportDraft and manage professional emails.Coordinate internal communications.Assist in preparing presentations and reports when required.Technical & Software ResponsibilitiesUse Advanced Microsoft Excel for tracking data, maintaining reports, and updating sheets.Handle professional email correspondence effectively.Prepare and manage PowerPoint presentations (PPT) for meetings and reviews.Mandatory RequirementsThe following position female candidates would be preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, data tracking, reporting).Strong command over professional email drafting and communication.Working knowledge of PowerPoint presentations (PPT preparation andformatting).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and corporate decorum.Work ScheduleMonday to Saturday - 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMLocation OFFICE NO - 405 C, 4th FLOOR,MANGALMURTI COMPLEX,SHUKRAWAR PETH, HIRABAG GANPATI CHOWK, TILAK ROAD,PUNE-411002
