The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reception duties, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office ManagementManage the reception desk and greet visitors in a professional manner.Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries; redirect to the appropriate department.Administrative & CoordinationCoordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth front-office operations.Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and postal services.Support day-to-day office administrative activities.Office OperationsMonitor office supplies, stationery, and inventory; raise procurement requests when required.Ensure proper functioning of office equipment such as printers, AC systems, and access controls.Maintain administrative records and process related invoices.Vendor & Facility ManagementCoordinate with vendors for office services, housekeeping, and maintenance.Manage contracts and AMCs related to office services.Liaise with landlord or building management for facility-related issues.Employee & Event SupportAssist in employee onboarding activities such as desk setup, access cards, and IT coordination.Support HR/Admin teams with meeting arrangements, travel bookings, hotel reservations, and office events.Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles.Experience in office administration and vendor coordination will be an advantage.Candidate should be immediate to 30 days joiner.
