Administrative Support Coordinator (Remote – India) Carrier Compliance Services Inc.About CCS Carrier Compliance Services Inc. (CCS) is a Canadian transportation safety and compliance consulting firm based in Mississauga, Ontario. We act as an outsourced safety department for trucking carriers across Canada, managing everything from driver compliance to fleet monitoring.Role Overview: This is a full-time remote position supporting CCS's Canadian compliance team with administrative and data management tasks. You will work behind the scenes to help keep carrier files, driver records, and compliance logs accurate and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update driver qualification files, driver lists, and vehicle/fleet lists in company systemsAssist with data entry and tracking related to Hours of Service (HOS) logs and ELD/telematics recordsFlag discrepancies or exceptions in log data for review by the Canadian compliance teamPrepare and format compliance reports, letters, and client-facing documentsDraft and manage routine email correspondence on behalf of the Canadian teamSupport file organization for carrier safety profiles, maintenance records, and incident filesAssist with administrative tasks related to onboarding new drivers and carriers into CCS systemsQualificationsDiploma or degree in business administration or a related fieldStrong written English communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)High attention to detail and ability to work with data accuratelyFamiliarity with transportation, logistics, or fleet management is a strong assetExperience supporting a Canadian or U.S.-based business environment is preferredWhat We OfferStable, long-term remote position with a growing Canadian firmExposure to Canadian transportation safety and compliance operationsStructured role with clear expectations and strong team support
