Key Responsibilities:• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors.• Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.• Maintain an organised and efficient front office.Qualifications & Experience• Minimum Graduate with 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred• Excellent knowledge of word-processing tools. (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)• Excellent command of English, both oral and written, is a must• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
