Job descriptionJob Title: Administrative Assistant Company: Design Lyric Location: Kothrud, Pune Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)About the Role: Design Lyric is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.Manage office operations including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-organized workspace.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.Support HR and management with basic office-related tasks as required.Act as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders when needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.Exposure to cross-functional tasks and responsibilities.
