If so, we would love to meet you!Based at our Pune office, and under the supervision of the Lead Operations Coordinator, the Operations Support Agent will be responsible for the following tasks:Responsibilities Complete the vendor registration process for clientsValidate with the corporate affairs team for all legal documentsWork closely with the accounting team to manage vendor payments and ensure proper follow-upManage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records Handle monthly employee expense accountsOrder, monitor and maintain materials required for housekeeping, stationery, pantry and trainingOversee office facility operations and ensure smooth functioning Manage inward and outward shipments efficiently and accuratelyQualificationsHave at least two to four years of experience in a similar roleBe proficient in written and verbal communication in English, as well as knowledge of Hindi languagesBe proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Prioritize tasks effectively and execute them in an organized way, by striving to follow procedures and meet deadlinesDemonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detailShow resourcefulness and initiativeBe able to build strong professional relationships with suppliers and partnersDisplay a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetA good understanding of Salesforce will be considered an assetWe thank you for your interest in this position.
