Role & responsibilities:1. Guest Services & Travel ManagementManage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and guestsHandle accommodations, and itinerariesCoordinate with travel agencies and hotels for best rates and servicesOrganize and supervise employee visits and meetings2. Facility & Office ManagementOversee facility maintenance and housekeeping operationsManage office infrastructure and ensure optimal working conditionsCoordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenanceSupervise support staff and housekeeping teamEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations3. Event Planning & CoordinationPlan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferencesManage venue arrangements, catering, and logisticsCoordinate with vendors and service providersHandle event budgeting and expense tracking4. Administrative SupportManage official correspondence and documentationHandle confidential information and maintain filing systemsCoordinate with various departments for administrative supportProcess invoices and maintain vendor relationshipsEnsure timely resolution of administrative issuesShould be open to Travel to different office locations6 days workingPreferred candidate profileBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field5-6 years of experience in administrative role with focus on guest servicesProven track record in facility management and event planningStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and administrative softwareSkills & Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesLeadership and team management skillsProblem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesBudget management experienceAttention to detail and accuracyCrisis management skills
