Scheduling Analyst | Gurgaon / Pune (5 days work from office)Shift Time : Night shift (US shift)Key Responsibilities:Create and manage efficient workforce schedules to optimize resource utilizationPerform scheduling analysis and provide staffing recommendationsMaintain intraday performance and WFM reportsEnsure data accuracy and integrity within the WFM systemManage shift bids, new hire scheduling, and historical data reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet scheduling and coverage needsDeliver WFM presentations (New Hire, WBR, Quarterly Reviews)Key Skills:Strong expertise in IEX Workforce ManagementKnowledge of daily/weekly rules, single & multi-skill schedulingExperience with MU/CT/TOG setup, break planning, VTO, holidaysUnderstanding of SLA, KPIs, and cost optimizationStrong analytical and communication skillsQualification:Graduate
