Maintain office supplies.Recruitment Support - Post job ads, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding and go on placement trips.Employee Relations - Address HR related queries and assist in policy implementation.Documentation & Coordination - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)Assistance  - Provide assistance to the management and related teams.Pantry Management - Manage pantry related tasks.Vendor Management - Coordinate with external vendors for management related support.Required Skills & Qualifications:MS Office - Intermediate Recruitment Tools (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.) - BasicCommunication  - Excellent (written and verbal)Team Collaboration - StrongTime Management - Strong
