Fullstack Engineer (AI-Enabled Admin Experience Platform)

Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain features for the Admin Center and AI-powered Admin Copilot that enhance the daily experience of account administrators. - Develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, while contributing to backend services built with Java or similar technologies. - Integrate and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)–based features, enabling intelligent workflows and automation for admin tasks. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Product Management, Design, and AI Engineering to drive customer-impacting feature development. - Own components end-to-end, from technical design to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements, ensuring reliability and performance of the platform.Must-Have Skills and Experiences- 6-8 years of professional experience as a fullstack or frontend-focused software engineer. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. - Hands-on experience in backend development using Java or similar object-oriented languages. - Exposure to or direct experience implementing AI/ML or LLM-based features in production systems. - Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and user-centric solutions. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and autonomous work style.Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks for AI agents. - Understanding of accessibility, performance, and security in enterprise-grade applications. - Experience working with internal platforms or extensibility frameworks.
