MES Administrator - Critical Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Senior MES Administrator with strong expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, operating, and administering MES systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across manufacturing operations.Roles & Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain Critical Manufacturing MES systems. - Perform system administration tasks including backups, upgrades, health checks, and performance monitoring. - Troubleshoot MES-related issues and ensure high system availability. - Manage system security, user access, and compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MES integrations and custom development.Technical Requirement:5+ years of experience in Critical Manufacturing MES administration.Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server setup and configuration:SQL Server InstancesAnalysis ServicesDatabase JobsLinked ServersAvailability GroupsProficiency in Linux Operating Systems.Experience with Container Orchestration tools (Kubernetes preferred).Understanding of Web Server Applications:Web ServicesAPI/REST request callsGood to have:- Knowledge of network infrastructure (Ports, URLs, Shares). - Ability to work with toolbox systems and troubleshoot software applications. - MES Fundamentals: Model Development, Material Tracking. - Experience in basic integrations and custom development within MES. - Familiarity with manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts.
