WE ARE HIRING – FULL TIME COMPANY SECRETARY (CS)Firm Name:Prakash Suneja & AssociatesLocation: PCMC / PuneJob Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)Experience: Fresher to 5 YearsJob ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Secretarial & Corporate Compliance, including:Core CS Work- Incorporation of: - Private Limited - LLP - Section 8 Companies - ROC & MCA Compliance: - AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, ADT-1, DPT-3, DIR-3 KYC - PAS-3, SH-7, CHG-1/4/9 - Drafting & Maintenance of: - Board Minutes - AGM/EGM Minutes - Statutory Registers - Resolutions & NoticesFEMA & FDI Compliance- FDI Reporting: - FC-GPR, FC-TRS - Annual FLA Return - ODI & ECB related compliances - RBI filings coordinationCSR & Other Laws- CSR Committee Setup & Compliance - CSR-1, CSR-2 - XBRL Filing - OPC to Pvt Ltd Conversion - Closure of Companies & LLPsClient Handling & Coordination- Regular client coordination - Follow-ups for documents - Compliance tracking & MIS reportingEligibility- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) - Fresher or Experienced candidates both welcome - Strong command on MCA, ROC, FEMA & CSR - Good drafting & communication skills - Proactive & compliance-focused mindsetCompensationCTC will be finalized after the physical interview and discussion, and shall be as per prevailing market standards. In addition to fixed remuneration, performance-based incentives and a share in professional fees shall be offered for value-added work.
