Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and people-focused Sr. Executive – HR & Admin to join our growing team. This role is a blend of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and administrative responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding. - Maintain employee records, HRMS data and documentation in compliance with company policies. - Support payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, overtime and salary changes. - Handle exit formalities including clearance, documentation and exit interviews. - Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, surveys and retention programs. - Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance-related data.2. Administration- Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping and facility management. - Manage vendor relationships, AMC contracts, office supplies and procurement. - Handle travel arrangements, booking, logistics and expense coordination. - Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and liaise with service providers. - Maintain office safety, security protocols and compliance (Fire, Health, Safety). - Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination and reports.3. Compliance & Documentation- Maintain statutory compliance documents and support audits. - Manage employee files, contracts, letters and confidential documents. - Ensure adherence to HR and Admin SOPs and quality standards.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. - Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools and documentation. - Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and take initiative. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field. - 7-8 years of experience in HR and Admin roles. - Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is preferred.
