As we grow, we are looking for a smart, driven, and dynamic Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Founder & CEO, supporting in strategic, operational, and administrative functions.About the RoleThis is not your typical EA role. We are looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve alongside leadership — someone who can be the right hand and shadow of the Founder.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, resourceful problem-solver who takes ownership, learns fast, and handles everything from client coordination to preparing business proposals — and everything in between.Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize the Founder’s schedule, travel, and meetings efficiently. - Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Handle client communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Take initiative to understand business goals and proactively assist in daily operations and strategic tasks. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. - Be ready to assist in any ad-hoc projects or assignments — from research to event coordination. - Ensure the Founder’s day-to-day operations run smoothly — acting as an extension of the Founder.Key Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Smart, confident, and quick to learn new tools and concepts. - A background from a convent school preferred. - Graduate degree required; MBA or relevant business exposure is a plus. - Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and readiness to go beyond the conventional job scope.What We Offer- Opportunity to work closely with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to leadership-level decision-making. - A fast-paced, dynamic learning environment where growth is constant. - A chance to contribute meaningfully to the education and technology ecosystem shaping young innovators.
