Role: Siemens Opcenter Administrator / SpecialistOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Siemens Opcenter Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Opcenter MES solutions with Teamcenter and SAP PLM. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing operations, quality management, and enterprise system integration.Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Opcenter MES solutions. - Integrate Opcenter with PLM systems (Teamcenter) and ERP platforms (SAP PLM). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow and streamlined operations. - Support decision-making through integrated manufacturing intelligence and data visibility. - Customize workflows and manage system architecture for both cloud and on-prem deployments.Must-Have Skills- Strong hands-on experience in: - Manufacturing operations - LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) - CALVIN (lab workflow and data validation) - Quality Management systems - PLM and ERP (SAP)Core Technical Skill SetSiemens Opcenter Expertise- MES (Manufacturing Execution System) - APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) - QM (Quality Management) - Manufacturing Intelligence - Opcenter RD&L (Research, Development & Laboratory)Integration & Configuration- Workflow configuration and customization - Integration with Teamcenter and SAP PLM - Synchronization of materials, BOMs (MBOM/PBOM), and work ordersMiddleware & APIs- Experience with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) - SOAP/REST APIs, XML-based integration - Data mapping and transformationSoftware Development- Customization using Java, C#, SQL, or scripting languagesSystem Architecture- Deep understanding of MBOM and PBOM structures - Deployment strategies for cloud and on-premises environmentsTools & Platforms- JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentationOther Competencies- Manufacturing process optimization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and stakeholder management
