The role involves ensuring smooth delivery of curriculum, managing academic processes, contributing to accreditation work, and handling teaching and evaluation responsibilities in finance.Key Responsibilities1. Academic Coordination & Execution Assist in implementation of academic calendars and session plansEnsure timely and effective delivery of lectures as per scheduleTrack syllabus coverage and report gaps to the HODSupport smooth conduct of examinations and academic activities2. Faculty CoordinationCoordinate with faculty members for session planning and deliveryMonitor attendance, session completion, and academic disciplineAssist HOD in resolving day-to-day academic issuesEnsure proper communication between faculty and academic teams3. Accreditation & DocumentationSupport accreditation activities (NBA, NIRF, AICTE, etc.)Maintain academic records, documentation, and reportsAssist in audit preparation and compliance requirements4. Research & Academic ContributionContribute to research publications and academic developmentSupport departmental research initiativesStay updated with developments in the field of finance5. Teaching & Evaluation ResponsibilitiesTeach finance-related subjects as assignedPrepare and deliver lectures with practical insightsTeach finance-related subjects as per institute requirementsConduct lectures with strong conceptual and practical orientationSet question papers for internal assessments, mid-term, and end-term examinationsDesign and evaluate class assessments including assignments and case studiesEvaluate answer sheets for mid-term and end-term examinations in a timely mannerEnsure fair, accurate, and timely assessment of student performanceParticipate in and oversee invigilation duties during examinations to ensure adherence to academic integrity and institutional protocolsMonitor and ensure proper conduct of examinations, including discipline, compliance, and reporting of any irregularities6.
