Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:Lead the Company’s development of a legal entity control presence in Pune, responsible fordelivering timely and accurate internal and external financial, regulatory and managementinformation for our Group subsidiaries. Manage all aspects of the yearly subsidiary audits and all related disclosures, delivering timely and accurate statutory reporting and be the key face off to the external auditors. Contribute to the monthly Group financial control close process as per IFRS, overseeing all relevant assigned aspects of data preparation for ingestion into the ERP, and following through to reviewing the relevant accounting output from the ERP, ensuring all facets align with expectations, and conducting other requisite analytical reviews and substantiation checks. Deliver timely and accurate monthly cost reporting, including generating key insights and explains to cost drivers with respect to variances of actuals to prior periods and the budget.Review and oversee regulatory reporting for regulated entities, typically encompassingaccounting, capital, liquidity, and assets under management data. Ensure a robust control environment underpins the reporting deliverables. Contribute to the teamsdevelopment of enhanced control frameworks. Ensure the appropriate accounting treatment for all aspects within role responsibility. Evaluate existing processes and booking model changes.Work with our internal Tax team to manage the tax elements of our financials.Lead and manage team of 10-14 team members consisting of senior managers, managers,analysts Manage and support the growth of other team members (setting Goals and objectives) Hiring, retention, separation, performance management) Build and maintain a strong working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. Lead and deliver on several key finance and wider Group projects Develop a knowledge through time of the various key Investments/Assets held on the PLC’s balance sheet, across the various strategies of Corporate Investments, Capital Markets, Real Assets (Real Estate and Infrastructure Equity), and Private Equity SecondariesHands on experience in leading transformation initiatives and good understanding of processimprovement and change management Participate and lead weekly, monthly, quarterly governance meetings with Wipro and Client stakeholders and responsible for presenting KPIs SLA and other key dashboards/metrics Part of leadership group at Wipro AIMS and interact with other leaders to bring the best of Wipro to. ideas about technology improvements, process improvements, expertise from best practices deployed at other Wipro AIMS clientsWork closely with Wipro Transformation , quality, hiring and other support functions on day to day basis.Key Requirements/ Qualifications:15+ years PQE in either/and: Financial Reporting, Financial Regulatory Reporting or FinancialControl.Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) is a mustPast Organizations: Publicly listed organizations, Asset Managers, PE & Venture Capital, OtherFinancial Services, Investment Banks (GCC) and / or Tier I Consulting/Professional Services firmsIFRS GAAP experience and background in producing IFRS compliant Annual FinancialStatements.Familiarity with risk and control self-assessment frameworks such as RCSA’s and SOXcompliance.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsWell versed with latest trends and technologies in finance and accounting area including AIPrior hands on experience on Workiva, Workday will be preferred (not mandatory)
