Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2–3 years post-qualification experience for our well-known CA Firm in Pune.Job Description:Should be able to handle Internal Audit and Statutory Audit assignments for large, mid-size and growing corporate clients across the manufacturing, infrastructure, IT/ITES, mobility, and other services sectors. The candidate will get an opportunity to work on IPO readiness, M&A & post IPO assignments.Internal Audit & Risk Advisory:1) Planning and execution of Internal Audits.2) Process audits covering Revenue, Purchases, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Treasury.3) Review and documentation of SOPs, IFC / ICFR, and Risk Control Matrices (RCM) Control testing,identification of gaps, and preparation of Internal Audit Reports.4) Participation in audit closure meetings with client management.Statutory Audits:1)     Execution of Statutory Audits under Companies Act / LLP Act.2)     Review of financial statements under Ind AS / IGAAP.3)     CARO reporting and audit documentation as per ICAI Standards on Auditing Coordination with seniors, partners, and client finance teams.Key Skills:1)     Strong understanding of audit processes and internal controls.2)     Good knowledge of IndAS and IGAAP.3)     Good analytical and documentation skills.4)     Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.5)     Professional communication and ownership mindset.Salary as per market standard.Location: Swargate, PuneInterested candidates can share their CV at
