Our mission is to empower firm leaders by providing capital, operational support, technology, and strategic guidance—helping firms scale while preserving their independence and culture.One of our Partner Firms is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Associate to prepare 1120, 1120-S, 1065 tax returns for its growing practice.In this role, you will provide critical support to our U.S.-based organization, contributing to tax compliance and the delivery of accurate and timely reporting. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of tax and accounting principles and U.S. GAAP compliance, who thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-border teamwork. This role requires a strong communicator who can work effectively with both clients and a U.S.-based engagement team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare federal and state tax returns, extensions, and quarterly tax projections for a variety of clients, including C-Corporations, S-Corporations, and PartnershipsReview tax information and coordinate with clients and internal staff while building strong professional relationshipsAssist in coordinating the day activities related to tax planning, preparation, and delivery of final work productsPerform tax research, analyze findings, and resolve complex tax issuesIdentify, communicate, and escalate tax matters to Managers and Partners as appropriateSkills RequiredAbility to build strong working relationships with clients to gather information and resolve issues effectivelyStrong documentation skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve problemsAbility to identify and communicate client and engagement issues, as well as status updates, in a timely and organized mannerDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team to complete engagements accuratelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsApproaches projects with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountabilityHighly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentOutstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skillsQualifications3–5 years of tax preparation experience requiredBachelor’s degree requiredExperience working in a mid-size public accounting firm preferredPrior experience working for a U.S.-based firm requiredAdvanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including corporate, individual, partnership, trust, and gift taxationCA, CPA, or EA designation preferredExperience with ProSystem, CCH Axcess, and Autoflow is a plus
