Finance, Accounting & Administration Manager

Build the Financial Engine of a Growing StartupWe're not looking for a traditional accountant.We're hiring a hands-on Finance, Accounting & Administration Manager who wants to own the numbers, drive profitability and build the financial backbone of a scaling service-based company. This is not a reporting-only role. This is a builder role. What You'll Do:Own full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll, reporting)Lead month-end and year-end close and ensure complianceProtect and optimize cash flowBuild forecasts, budgets and scenario modelsTrack project/service profitability and improve marginsBuild financial systems, controls, and dashboardsOversee admin, vendor management and HR coordinationWhat We're Looking For:5+ years progressive finance/accounting experienceStrong hands-on capability (you execute, not just review)Startup/SME or service business experience preferredDeep understanding of cash flow and financial controlsCPA/CA/ACCA/CMA is a plusStrong US GAAP and Excel proficiencyIf you're entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented and excited to build something from the ground up, we'd love to connect.
