Company DescriptionWe are a Graphite manufacturing/processing company with accounts team in Santacruz Mumbai.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Mumbai. The Accountant should have Tally experience and will be responsible for preparing financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.Additional responsibilities include preparing GST and TDS tax returns, assisting in audits both internal and external as needed. The role demands attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with other members of the finance teamAdditional responsibility may also include Import/ Export documentation along with communication with Customers, Suppliers and Logistics agents.Qualifications• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing standards• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Tally and Zoho and Microsoft Excel• Experience in Payroll Management including PPF and Tax Preparation• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills•Strong written and verbal communication abilities •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
