Designation - Senior Internal Auditor/Asst .Manager - Internal AuditQualification - CAExperience - 2 to 4 yrsRole & responsibilities1. Audit Planning & Strategy Develop and implement the annual risk-based audit plan aligned with company objectives.2. Audit Quality & Oversight Ensure audits are executed timely and meet professional quality standards through effective supervision.3. Risk Advisory, Compliance & Value Addition Provide insights on key risks and internal controls, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, reduce costs, and prevent revenue leakage. /4. Teamwork & Review:- Foster collaboration, coordination, and knowledge sharing within the IA team.Review and validate audit work done by seniors and juniors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before final reporting.5. Management Reporting Prepare and present clear, accurate, and solution-oriented Internal Audit reports and updates to management.6. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with process owners, HODs, and management to discuss audit findings, agree on practical solutions, and regular follow updates on implementation status.7. Follow-up & Escalation Monitor closure of audit findings, and escalate delays or high-risk issues to management and HODs.8. Innovation & Automation in IA Drive adoption of ERP controls, automated monitoring, and use of Automation ToolsPreferred candidate profile- Effective communication skill and written communication skills - Effective Audit Report drafting skill. - Proven work experience of 2 to 5 Years as a CA in similar role. - Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures. - In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Experience with accounting ERP software generally used in real-estate industry. - Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) - Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. - Strong time management skills. - Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
