Designation: Assistant Professor (Finance & Accounting)Location: Hinjawadi, PuneEmployment Type: Full-Time / Adjunct (Part-Time)About the Role:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our institute as an Assistant Professor (Full-Time or Adjunct) in the Department of Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate should bring strong academic and industry experience, with a passion for teaching and guiding students in various finance and accounting domains.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality lectures in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Financial Management, and related CA subjects. - Design and develop course content, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials aligned with academic standards. - Mentor and guide students for academic progress, professional certifications, and career development. - Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance student learning outcomes. - Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects. - Participate in academic administration, departmental meetings, and institutional activities. - Contribute to curriculum enrichment and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies. - Maintain updated knowledge of industry practices, professional updates, and relevant regulatory changes.Qualifications & Experience:- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in industry, practice, or academics. - Strong command over core CA subjects such as Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting ,and Financial Management. - Prior teaching or training experience is preferred (but not mandatory). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for teaching and ability to engage and motivate students.Job Type- Full-Time or Adjunct
