Additionally, the candidate will be expected to collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and provide expert insights for business decisions.Qualifications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in financial reporting and auditing - In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks - Expertise in budgeting, cost management, and financial strategy - Proficiency in accounting tools and software, with excellent numerical and organizational skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders - Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory - Experience in a similar role or within the financial services industry is an advantage - Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage responsibilities effectively - must have two years post qualification experiance
