Job Description – Chartered Accountant (Fresher)Role - Finance & Accounts (Record to Report) Location: Pune Department: Finance Sub-Department: Accounting and ReportingRole Overview: We are looking for a highly motivatedChartered Accountant (Fresher)to join ourAccounting and Reportingteam. The candidate will be responsible for assisting infinancial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial closure activitieswhile ensuring adherence toIND-ASand company policies. The role requiresSAP exposure, strong analytical skills, and proficiency inMIS & Excel.Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Accounting Assist in thepreparation of draft financial statementsand related schedules. Support thevaluation of inventoryin compliance with accounting principles. Ensure accurate accounting as percompany policiesandIND-ASstandards. 2. Financial Closure & Compliance Work onmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities. Ensure compliance withaccounting standards (IND-AS)and statutory regulations. Assist in thepreparation and compilation of disclosuresforming part of financial statements. 3. Audit & Coordination Support internal and statutory audit processes by coordinating with relevant teams. Prepare and maintainfinancial recordsto facilitate smooth audit procedures. 4. MIS & Data Management Assist inMIS reportingfor financial analysis and decision-making. Work onExcel & SAPfor data processing and reporting. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate withinternal departments and external auditorsfor seamless financial processes. Implement and maintaineffective record-keeping systems.Key Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher (Qualified in recent attempts). Strong understanding offinancial accounting, reporting, and auditing principles. SAP exposureis preferred. Knowledge ofIND-AS and statutory compliance. Proficiency inMS Exceland financial analysis tools. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in astructured and deadline-driven environment.
