Accounting Manager

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)InternLocation: Kondhwa, Pune Department: Finance / Accounts / Audit / Tax Timings: 10:30-7:00 Salary: 50k-60k Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with accounting, audit, taxation, and other financial reporting tasks while gaining practical exposure to the functioning of a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS). Perform vouching, verification, and other audit procedures under statutory and internal audits. Support the filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and preparation of tax computations. Conduct reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and accounts. Help maintain proper documentation for audits, assessments, and financial compliance. Support in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts. Conduct research and assist in preparing client presentations or internal reports. Assist with ROC filings and other MCA compliance-related tasks. Stay updated on latest amendments in accounting, tax, and regulatory laws. Requirements: Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (passed IPCC / Intermediate level). Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and audit standards. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and/or accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks). Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Articleship or prior internship experience in a CA firm or financial institution. Familiarity with Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, and MCA Portal.
