Join Finolex Industries Limited – We’re Hiring an Assistant Manager Internal Audit in Pune at our Corporate office in Baner & Manufacturing plant in Badhalwadi! As our Asst. Manager Internal Audit , you will support audit execution, track closure of findings across locations, and assist in drafting SOPs and policies. You’ll monitor process changes that may influence risk exposure and escalate emerging concerns to the Internal Audit Head. The role involves fieldwork, stakeholder coordination, and supporting the implementation of preventive action plans through effective collaboration with process owners. Job Description Track open audit findings and ensure accurate and timely closure of action plans Collaborate with in-house audit team and outsources partners in other locations and Pro-actively check and close audit findings raised in other locations. Keep a close eye on any change in processes which might have diverse effect on risk profiling, update IA Head on any process changes / arising risks / irregularities on timely basis Help departments in drafting SOP, policies and procedures Perform field work on assigned areas and present audit findings to respective process owner, Prepare accurate and timely reports on audit findings, including recommendations on improvements Discuss audit findings with process owner and obtain preventive and corrective action plan to mitigate the risk Manage special projects as per requirement To evaluate emerging risks on continuous basis and updating risk registers Responsible for managing good relationship and continuous dialogue across all functions and ground levels staff at plant Required Qualifications & Experience: Semi-qualified CA or ICWA (Inter or Final level) 4–8 years of hands-on experience in internal audit, preferably in manufacturing or multi-location operations Required Competencies: Strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, and audit methodologies Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems (preferably SAP) Willingness to travel for field audits and cross-location coordination Why Join Finolex Industries Limited? ✨ A dynamic work environment with a rich legacy. ✨ Exciting career growth opportunities in a future-oriented industry. ✨ Fair employment conditions and a culture of mutual respect. ✨ A motivated team that values collaboration and innovation.
