Transition & Transformation Manager / Specialist – Finance Are you passionate about leading complex transitions and driving impactful change? We’re looking for an experienced Transition & Transformation Manager / Specialist to lead the migration of finance processes into a shared services model for our client who is a 200 years old Global Leader in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. They have a state-of-art Global Capability Center which intends to be Global Center of Excellence. What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end transition of finance functions into shared services. Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements. Collaborate with global stakeholders, SMEs, and external partners for seamless execution. Implement change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption. What we’re looking for: 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management. Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management. Proven ability to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
