Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounts function. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning, governance, and business partnering to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with proven leadership in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall Finance function including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes. Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits. Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization. Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation. Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors. Skills Required: Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling. Proven team leadership experience (not an IC role). Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles. Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies. Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
