Accounts Receivable (US Collections Process) Experience Range- 2 to 5 Years CTC Offered: 4 LPA - 5.5 LPA Requirement – Immediate Job Location: Pune Office Job Responsibilities & Requirements: The candidate must possess excellent communication skills. Responsible for making outbound calls to delinquent accounts and make payment arrangements. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding account status. Send and receive emails to/from customers related to account status. Must have US/UK collections background and good knowledge on accounts receivable process. Escalate issues to the appropriate levels and collaborate with relevant departments to improve collection activities and customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required, along with experience in a voice process role. Should have better typing skills with good speed. Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US shift). Should be willing to work from the office, no WFH.
