The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and providing training and support to the sales team. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market research, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with the company's policies and regulations.
