This role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a memorable purchasing experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales: Product Knowledge & Display: Customer Service Excellence: Showroom Operations: Brand Representation: Uphold the integrity and reputation of the Thangamayil Jewellery brand. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations. Qualifications & Skills: · Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). · Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or high-value retail.
