Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Call existing customers to remind them about due or upcoming vehicle services. Schedule and confirm service appointments as per customer convenience. Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction. Inform customers about service offers, AMC renewals, and promotional campaigns. Handle inbound customer calls regarding service status, pricing, and complaints. Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Team for vehicle delivery updates. Record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and complaints in CRM or DMS software. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact and service details. Prepare daily call reports and share updates with the Service Manager. Ensure polite, professional, and customer-focused communication at all times.
