Site Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction and steel fabrication activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that all work is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with approved drawings and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Inspect fabrication and erection works, including alignment, welding, and bolting quality. Maintain daily progress reports and communicate site updates or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager. Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 1–2 years of experience in construction or steel fabrication site supervision. Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, site management, and safety procedures. Basic computer skills (MS office, project tracking tools). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
