Senior Manager Production Planning

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Ensure Production Plan vs Actual is achieved 2. Analyze Losses under 4M (Man, machine, material and Method) 3. Experience in TPM and ISO 9001:2015 activities is Mandatory - In-depth knowledge in MANDATORY. Experience in IMS will be an added advantage 4. To have faced IATF AUDITS 5. Should have handled OEM's 6. Experience in Man-power control. Man-power efficiency reports to be made, analyzed and reported 7. Co-ordinate with Supporting departments like mc Maintenance, Mold Maintenance, Planning, Quality and ensure that productivity is achieved as per CAPACITY TARGET 8. Experience in formation of CFT and TFT for analyzing the issues and make RCCM reports 9. All documents and reports related to Production ought to be followed as per ISO 9001:2015 principles 10. Cycle time studies to be taken frequently, analyze and steps to be taken for improvingproductivity 11. Defects to be analyzed and controlled on daily basis 12. Experience in effectively using QC tools 13. Ensure all employees are working SAFELY under SAFE environment 14. Should be able to handle PPC 15. Should have experience in facing TQM, IATF, TPM and other AUTOMOBILE related AUDITS 16. Fluent in making presentations
