Job Description:

Ridsys is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth for our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Division. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, execute marketing strategies, and help position Ridsys as a preferred solutions provider. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to manage complete sales and marketing activities effectively Sales Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital channels. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and customized service packages. Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions based on specific client requirements. Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing deals. Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and promote services. Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales pipelines, and prepare periodic performance and forecast reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Marketing Responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at improving brand visibility and lead acquisition. Create marketing campaigns, brochures, digital promotions, and communication materials. Assist in managing social media, email marketing, and digital advertising activities. Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for differentiation. Support website updates, online advertisements, and promotional activities. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop marketing collateral, whitepapers, sales guides, and thought-leadership content. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports. Provide creative suggestions to enhance customer engagement and overall brand presence. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce). Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, branding, advertising, and web development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce and Zoho CRM is a strong plus. Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and digital marketing or sales tools. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic. Added Advantages Experience selling digital marketing services, software solutions, or SaaS products. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM for lead tracking, automation, and reporting. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace operations. Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager.
