Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser, located in Puducherry. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive window displays, coordinating with the sales team to enhance the in-store experience, and ensuring that all visual merchandising strategies align with the company's goals. This role involves hands-on work with product placement, seasonal themes, and layout design to drive customer engagement and sales. Qualifications Experience in Retail and Sales Strong Customer Service skills Proficiency in designing impactful Window Displays Excellent Communication skills Attention to detail and creativity Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams A degree or certification in Visual Merchandising or a related field is a plus Previous experience in textile or fashion retail is advantageous
