Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will manage and grow the company's online presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning, creating, and scheduling content, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: · - Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals. · - Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels. · - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories). · - Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages. · - Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns. · - Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates. · - Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution. Skills & Qualifications: · - Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management; freshers with strong creative skills can also apply. · - Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms. · - Creative mindset with strong content creation skills. · - Excellent communication and writing skills. · - Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
