Food Production Commis

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food Production Commis - 1 (Tandoor) to join our team at Mango Hill, with 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and basic knowledge of cooking techniques.
