The ideal candidate should be fluent in the local language and possess a strong local network to source and close candidates efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Conduct end-to-end field recruitment for assigned rolesSource candidates through local networks, referrals, and on-ground hiring activitiesCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesMaintain candidate data and recruitment recordsMeet hiring targets within defined timelinesRequirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a field recruiter or similar roleFluency in the local language (Tamil) is mandatoryStrong local contacts and networking skillsAbility to work independently and meet recruitment targetsGood communication and coordination skills
