About the RoleVGS Architects is seeking a skilled BIM Architect to support our U.S.-based projects for clients managed through our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural knowledge, excellent Revit proficiency, and the ability to produce high-quality architectural drawings in accordance with American standards, with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit, ensuring compliance with U.S. standards. - Review client inputs and understand project scope to plan and execute work efficiently. - Develop and modify custom Revit families as per project requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality expectations. - Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail in all deliverables. - Apply BIM best practices to improve workflow efficiency and project outcomes.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. - Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM). - Strong proficiency in Revit is mandatory. - Knowledge of AutoCAD and other related software is an added advantage. - Good understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation. - Prior exposure to American architectural standards is highly preferred. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.Required Skills- Strong expertise in architectural design and construction documentation. - Advanced Revit skills, including creating and modifying custom families. - Solid understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and documentation processes. - Excellent attention to detail, technical accuracy, and problem-solving ability. - Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Familiarity with U.S. construction and design standards is a strong advantage.
