The role involves designing safe and cost-effective RCC structures, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and project standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design of structures using STAAD Pro and ETABSPrepare and review design calculations and STRUCTURAL drawings.Coordinate with architects, MEP, and project management teams to ensure seamless design integration.Prepare project documentation and assist in preparation of BOQs and design reports.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong experience in RCC structure design and detailing. Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD.Knowledge of IS standards.Good understanding of structural behaviour, load paths, and connections.Strong, coordination, and communication skills.Education & ExperienceB.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech preferred for senior roles).4 – 10 years of relevant experience in RCC structure design and detailing.
