Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect, located in Puducherry. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural drawings, developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, preparing construction drawings, and overseeing project submittals. The role involves collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure precision and efficiency in project delivery. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and drafting Architectural DrawingsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and toolsExperience in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and related documentationKnowledge of drawing review processes, including SubmittalsStrong communication and team collaboration skillsAbility to handle project deadlines effectively and ensure accuracy in deliverablesBachelor's degree in Architecture, or related fieldExperience with engineering and interior design coordination is a plus
