We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Puducherry to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products.Key Responsibilities:6 Months Contract RoleProvide Technical support for our Mobile and Web ApplicationsOn site Support and Implementation of our product to customersInvestigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concernsCollaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problemsMonitor application performance on a regular basisAssist in App deployments, Version rollouts and Post-Release monitoringSupport Internal teams with Technical Insights and solutions.Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.Required Qualifications:0-3 years of experience in a Customer Support role.Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web Applications.Experience with Issue Tracking systemsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Must Have SkillsShould have to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning/Afternoon)Mandatory Languages to be known - English, Tamil
