Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Resident Hostel Warden located in Puducherry. The Deputy Resident Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the students hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents. Tasks include managing hostel staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance, addressing complaints and concerns and organizing activities and events for the residents. The Deputy Warden will also enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintain records and coordinate with other departments as needed. Qualifications Excellent management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in hostel administration or similar roles Ability to handle emergencies and crisis situations effectively Any Degree or Diploma qualification with Good Language Communication (Tamil and English Both) and Computer Knowledge Knowledge about the Anti-Ragging rules and regulations Minimum 1 year experience in Hostel Warden post Gender Both can applied
