Purpose of the Job : Customer Success Manager plays a critical role by working directly with schools and teachers to ensure effective implementation and improved learning outcomes. Must (Key Responsibilities) Ensure high customer NPS across partner schools Collaborate with Academic & Sales teams for school success Retention of partner schools Increase student admissions Ensure timely dues collection Manage BTL campaigns & brand promotions Track & review client data, reports, and progress Should (Requirements) 5+ years in account management (preferably SaaS/FMCG/Industrial solutions) Willing to travel across PAN India Strong problem-solving & communication skills Organized, efficient, and deadline-driven Open to new ideas and ways of working Tech-savvy with account management & sales exposure
