Hidesign is a manufacturing (factories and tannery) and a retail company, is the leading leather accessories brand in India with a presence in over 24 countries globally. With a large retail presence of self-owned stores and a robust e-commerce; the Hidesign group also owns 2 hotels and a department store in Pondicherry.The CFO is a leader responsible for the financial health of Hidesign and a thought leader that provides direction to the company. It is expected that the CFO will grow to head profit centers in the group.Job Description:Assist with high level decisions about policy and strategy.Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.Supervise financial reporting, accounts and budgeting teams.Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.Budget creation and analysis, follow ups on achievements.P&L analysis, and improvementWork in coordination with the President, Auditor, head of e-commerce, marketing, production, HR and international business, to develop a strategic plan.Manage banking relationshipsSupervise all financial reconciliations with partners such as malls and department storesLead financial discussions with business partnersContact: swarna@
