Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: PuducherryCompany: OhmSakthi Groups We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to lead our Finance and Accounts department at OhmSakthi Groups. With a strong presence in the hotel and construction industries, we require a dynamic professional to oversee and streamline our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior accounting professional to contribute their expertise and grow with a reputed organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization. Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and records in line with statutory and company policies. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for hotel and construction projects. Manage payroll, taxation (GST, TDS, etc.), and ensure statutory compliance. Implement effective cost control and expense tracking measures. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth operations. Work with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders on financial matters. Ensure effective use of accounting software ( Zoho Books or similar) and financial systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree/CA preferred). Minimum 10 years of proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in hotel, construction, or related industries. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Strong command of accounting software (Zoho Books, or equivalent) and MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
