This role is all about research, curiosity, and precision. Youll work closely with our recruiting team to ensure a strong, qualified pipeline of candidates for every open job. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, communities, social platforms, and referral networks. Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for active and future roles across domains. Use advanced Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and sourcing tools effectively. Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and deliver top-quality profiles. Track and maintain candidate data in the ATS with accuracy. Proactively engage with passive candidates and promote employer brand presence online. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or talent research (IT or non-IT). Deep knowledge of sourcing platforms, Boolean search, and social recruiting. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar sourcing tools. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requisitions daily. Strong communication skills and data-driven mindset. Passion for talent discovery, internet research, and sourcing innovation.
