Senior Electrical Project Manager Generous salary package including Car, Phone and Bonus incentives Williamstown location Immediate start available Due to our client’s continued growth and increase in projects they are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager who has proven track record in delivering large scale electrical, communications and technology based projects with a strong understanding of key project parameters, project financials, controls and reporting. Responsibilities include; but not limited to: Project planning using Gantt charts, forecasting materials and labor matrixes Labor control by supervising labor on the projects, quality of work, timesheets and safety Plan, coordinate and implement project deliverables Liaise with external project personnel (consultants, contractors, project managers) ensuring a high level of communication Contract variations, monitoring requests and ensuring approval is obtained Reporting to the operations management team on all matters relating to the project, such as project plan, cost-to complete and plant and equipment on the job Plant and equipment management on the job Managing a small admin team to perform key functions to ensure smooth delivery of projects from an administration aspect Mentor and develop our up and coming project managers and leaders with your experience Develop relationships with key clients and suppliers Requirements: Experience in large scale electrical, communications and technology projects on time, within budget and to specifications Experience in managing projects with scope project values up to $3M+ Strong commercial acumen Good understanding of project management tools, software and apps (Work bench preffered) Great client management abilities and employee management skills An understanding of bid management and estimating processes Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Excellent organisational skills High attention to detail Electrical qualification Degree qualified desired but not essential You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be eligible for this role This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing company!
